Installation position

Choose a well-mixed, representative location where the measuring surface remains covered. Avoid the highest point where bubbles collect and the lowest point where deposits accumulate.

Hygienic connection

Match the tri-clamp, seal and weld socket to the pipe size and cleaning procedure. The installed connection must be drainable and free of hard-to-clean dead legs.

Cleaning and verification

Record readings before and after cleaning, cleaning medium, temperature and duration. Confirm CIP/SIP limits against the model and project documentation.
