Slow response or deviation
Check contamination, bubbles, crystals, sample temperature and flow before comparing with a reliable reference sample. Recalibrate only after cleaning and diagnosis.
Fluctuating signal
Check pump pulsation, mixing, bubbles, level, stratification and installation position, followed by power, grounding, shielding and analog-loop interference.
Communication interruption
Verify address, baud rate, parity, wiring, termination and register reads; then check topology, address conflicts, shielding, grounding and gateway settings.
